Mark, Dale and family I was so shocked by this news, Teresa was such a joy to be around,We. Shared many a good times together, she always had a smile and a way to cheer a person up. From the day she came to work at the state we always had a great day together, we lost contact but I always thought of her. May she rest in peace . Will be thinking of you in the coming days and I will always remember her.

JOHNSON CITY, TN

Teresa Heath Robinson, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at her home in Johnson City, TN following a long and courageous battle with end stage renal disease.

Teresa was born on September 23, 1956, in Marion, VA. She is preceded in death by her parents Roy & Pearl Heath; sister Donna Blevins; and a special aunt Dulcie Cook.

Teresa earned her master’s degree in social work, dedicating many years to her career as a compassionate and committed social worker. Her heart for service was evident in her work at the VA Center in Nashville, TN, where she provided crucial support to countless veterans. Teresa often went above and beyond, personally visiting veterans to ensure they received the care and attention they needed. Her advocacy extended beyond people to include a deep love for animals, treating them as if they were part of her own family. Her legacy of kindness, selflessness, and devotion will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years John Robinson; special sister-in-law Terry Robinson; brothers Dale Heath & wife Susie and Mark Heath & wife Regina; one niece and five nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00PM, Saturday, October 26, 2024, from the Bradley’s Funeral Home Chapel in Marion with Brother Ed Doss officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Marion. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00PM on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Elephant Sanctuary, Hohenwald, TN. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com. Bradley’s Funeral Home of Marion is serving the Robinson Family.
