Teresa Simons Obituary
Ms. Teresa Karen Simons, age 63, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on October 31, 2023. She was born May 26, 1960 to the late Hugh Edward "H.E." Woodard and Nellie Ogeal Smallwood in Scottsville, KY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin “Chubby” Simons; and siblings, Ricky Woodard, Buddy Woodard and Doris Smith.
She is survived by her children, Keshia Troutt, CJ (Robin) Simons, Dana (Marie) Simons and Chad (Shana) Simons; her adored grandchildren, Nevaeh Troutt, Avery Simons, Addy Simons, Auburn Simons and Keagan Simons, Amber (John) Sexton, Steven (Macy) Sexton, Trina (Justin) Stradtner, Jessica Scott, Heather (Dylan) Driver, Josh Simons; her siblings, Joyce Smith, Linda Collins, Janice Stinson and Larry Woodard; her 10 great-great grandchildren; as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Karen retired as a medical assistant for the Hope Clinic.
Funeral services for Ms. Simons will be conducted on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at 11AM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Thursday from 1PM till 8PM, Friday from 10AM till 8PM and again on Saturday from 9AM till service time at 11AM at Woodard Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family request you make donations to the funeral expenses at Woodard Funeral Home.
