Terrance S. Neal Sr.

Terrance Sylvester Neal Sr., a devoted servant of God, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and creative visionary, passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on October 8, 1966, he was the cherished son of Maggielean Neal and William Herring. Terrance graduated from Milford Senior High School in 1984. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1986 to 1989 spending most of that time in Kaiserslautern, Germany. He began his professional career at Eagle Group in Clayton, De., where he worked from 1990 to 2005, resigning from his position as a Design Engineer to fully pursue his calling into ministry.

In 2000, Terrance was baptized in the name of Jesus at the PPHC under the leadership of Dr. Bishop Major Foster. He earned his Bachelor of Theology and served faithfully in his roles as a Praise and Worship Leader, Program Director, Vision Of Faith Ministry Broadcast Editor, Church Administrator, Sunday School Teacher, Bible College Instructor, Deacon, and Elder. In every role, he exemplified humility, leadership, and a deep love for the Word of God. Terrance pursued professional photography in 2015 which lead him along with Keith Adams and LeVern "Junior" Lee to create The Spot Studios in Milford, DE. Through Terrance's creative vision and heartfelt approach, he helped clients bring their ideas to life and captured moments that mattered. In his final years, Terrance continued to touch lives through both his photography and his passionate spreading of the Gospel. Terrance Sylvester Neal Sr. lived a life full of purpose, marked by faith, service, creativity, and love. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the visions he helped bring to light.
