Oscar L. "Tincee" Faulcon

Oscar Lemuel Faulcon, 74, of Millsboro, DE, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 15, 1951, in Melfa, Virginia, he was the son of the late Robert and Rachel Faulcon.
A devoted husband, Oscar dedicated his life to his loving wife, Glendora, for 45 years (33 years in holy matrimony), as well as to his entire family. Oscar loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. His favorite greeting was "Hey Family!", while slapping your hand with force.
In his younger years, Oscar attended school in Savageville, VA. then in Laurel, DE. He loved lifting weights, riding his motorcycle, and cleaning his cars. He did that far better than most.
Oscar worked in the poultry industry at Townsend's, Mountaire Farms and Allen's Foods until his illness would no longer allow him to work just a few months ago.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters - Ruby Taylor (Wayne) and Cora Marie Faulcon; 2 brothers - Eugene Faulcon & William Faulcon; father-in-law Robert Dale; mother-in-law Malissa Dorsey; sister-in-law Cynthia Smack: 2 brother-in-laws Sylvester Dorsey and Terry Dorsey.
He is survived by his children, Oscar Lee Sharpe (Regina) Newark DE., Shericka Freeman (Frederick) of Lincoln, DE., Jermaine Dorsey of Greenwood, DE., Tyrita Dorsey of Millsboro, DE. and Christopher Dorsey of Virginia Beach, DE.; his siblings, Virginia Snead (Harold) of Gumboro, DE; James Faulcon of Bear, DE; Betty Duncan (Frances) of Wyoming, DE; George Faulcon(Jackie, deceased) of West Orange, NJ and Robert Faulcon(Delois) of Salisbury, MD.; 27 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchildren & a host of nieces, nephews & cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at St. John 2nd Baptist Church in Millsboro, DE, at 12:00pm with a visitation from 10:00am-12:00pm prior to the start of the service. Interment will immediately follow the service at Mount Joy Cemetery.
Oscar's kindness and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
