Terri Hille

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terri Hille, who left us on March 7, 2025 at the age of 66. Terri was born on February 14,1959 to Charlie and Connie Smith in Arlington MA, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.
Growing up in Arlington Terri was known for her intellect, wonderful sense of humor and quiet shy demeanor. She was a straight A student with a photographic memory. She loved music, loved to sing and was a passionate reader. She attended Arlington High school where she excelled academically.
Terri had a distinguished career in Human Resources at Mari Pro and later in the administrative field at the UC Santa Barbara. She forged unforgettable long-lasting friendships through her two careers and was well respected and admired by colleagues.
Terri was a person who cherished her family above all else. She is predeceased by her parents Charlie and Connie Smith. She is survived by her siblings, Charlene Molloy and husband James of Kingston NH, David Smith and wife Edith of Ft Pierce Fl, Michael Smith and Cheryl McLaughlin of Woburn, Nieces and Nephews Ryan Molloy and wife Jackie, their children Jadyn, Benjamin, Shaylin and Nathan, Erin Molloy Parker and husband Zach, Kailene Giroux and husband Patrick. Her love for family was evident in everything she did, from sending gifts of her favorite Bears to calling on the phone and coming to visit for our favorite holidays.
Terri will be remembered for her love, humor and beautiful soul. Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She spent her last month on this earth in Hospice at the Sarah House in Santa Barbara where she was treated with such dignity by caring and loving people.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday 2 April, from 10:00 to 12:00 with a small service at Devito Funeral Home 1145 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington MA, followed by a private burial. Though Terri is no longer with us, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones. We find comfort in knowing that she is at peace and that her memory will continue to inspire and guide us.
