Terrie Lynn Corley

1958 - 2025

November 27, 1958 - September 28, 2025 Terrie Lynn Corley, 67, of Fredericksburg, Texas, fell asleep in Jesus on September 28, 2025, awaiting the blessed hope of the resurrection.

Terrie was a great many things to all who loved her. She was full of wonderful qualities - quiet strengths and tender virtues that will remain forever in the hearts of those she touched. What most defined her life was her deep devotion, steadfast commitment, and unwavering loyalty to her family. Terrie poured her whole heart and soul into the people she loved, always offering support, kindness, and the reassuring presence of someone you could depend on.

She is survived by her mother, Jean Butler; her brother, Mark; her sisters, Pam Butler and Nancy Dunnewun; her sons and daughters-in-law, TJ and Erica Guajardo, and Josh and Violet Guajardo; her grandsons, Eric, Jacob, Noah, and Isaac; her life partner, Jesse Gonzales; and her stepdaughter, Marissa Gonzales.

Terrie is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Butler; her sister, Judy Butler; her son, Eric Guajardo; and her granddaughter, Brandi Guajardo. Though deeply missed, her family finds hope in God's promise:

"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven ... and the dead in Christ will rise first." (1 Thessalonians 4:16)

May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her, and may her family find peace in the hope of Jesus' soon return.
