Terrisa Gail Carroll Taylor of Ocean Springs, MS., passed away on November 11, 2024, in Ocean Springs at the age of 50 years old.
A native of Mississippi, she was a medical assistant by trade, but was so much more to so many. She was the loving wife, mother, Mawmaw, sister and dear friend to many. Terrisa loved to cook, loved going fishing and crabbing. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Otis Franklin Carroll; her brother, Thomas Guy Anson Carroll; her uncle Arthur Monroe Carroll Jr; her aunt Barbara Neil Carroll Delaughter.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 29 years, Norman Vincent Taylor; her children, Brittney Danielle Taylor, Courtney Gabrielle McDowell (Mike), Brian ONeal Parker, Jr., and Ryan Franklin Taylor; her grandchildren, Layla Danielle Adkins, Blake Andrew Delgaicco, Connor Jace Clark, Madison Danielle Clark, Amelia Grace McDowell, and Hudson Cole McDowell; her sister, Terri Michelle Carroll Robinson (Gregory); mother-in-law, Evelyn Taylor; brother-in-law, Paul Taylor (Gwynn); other relatives and dear friends.
Though she may be gone from our sight, she will never be absent from our hearts. Her memory will live on in the love she shared and the joy she brought to our lives. We are so grateful for every moment we shared and will carry her legacy of kindness, and strength with us always.
