Terry Thomas Cole

Terry Thomas Cole, 30, of Kingwood, WV, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Preston Memorial Hospital in Kingwood, WV.

He was born on October 3, 1995, in Morgantown, WV, a son to Terry W. Cole of Kingwood, WV, and Belinda (Roby) Cole of Kingwood, WV.

Terry attended Preston High School where he excelled at football. He worked alongside his father in small engine repair, learning hard work and dedication, and was most recently employed with DoorDash. Terry had a deep love for fast cars, motorcycles, four-wheelers, and music. He found great joy in the outdoors - camping, hunting, and fishing were among his most favorite things to do. Being a man of faith, he read his Bible each day. Terry lived life to the fullest. He was known for his generous heart, always looking out for others, ready to lend a helping hand, and never expecting anything in return.

In addition to his parents, Terry is survived by his fiancé, Megan Hardy; son, Landon Cole; daughter, Madison Cole; grandparents, Vicky and Larry Spiker, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was especially close to his aunt and uncle, Melissa and David Wiley, and cousins, Keith, Kristy, Brian, and Kayla, and two very special little ones in his life, Aria Pyles and Ellie Pyles.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Ruth Molisee, Sam Molisee, Keith Roby, and Gretchen Roby.

Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown, WV, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 1-3 pm and from 5 pm until the 7:00 pm time of service with Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Following the services, to honor Terry's wishes, professional and compassionate cremation services will be provided by Field Funeral Home.
