Terry passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 18th.Terry was born December 5th, 1954, to Leo and Janet Flosi in Sterling, Illinois. He met the love of his life Kathy while working at the Post Office in Rockford, IL in 1974 and they married shortly there after. Terry went on to work as a manager for Mueller Pinehurst Ice shortly after marrying Kathy. He worked there for over 25 years. He was a wonderful family man, loved his children, grandchildren, and siblings. He was a great cook, passing his knowledge onto his children. He loved spending hours in his workshop with his grandchildren, building birdhouses, tables, benches, and anything his grandchildren’s imagination could dream up. Family reunions were very special to him as was anything related to family and friends. Terry was loving and caring, never thinking of himself. He spent holidays at Milestone giving his time and money ensuring everyone there enjoyed the holidays the same as his family at home would. He had chronic pain for over 25 years but never complained about it or let it stop him from what mattered the most, family. He will be greatly missed.
He is predeceased by his father (Leo) and mother (Janet). Survived by Kathy, his wife of over 50 years; sons, Joe, Mike (Megan), Nick (Briana); grandchildren, Ruby, Oliver, Eloise, Fiona, Farrah; siblings, Kevin (Suzanne), Karen Wessels (Dave), Leo (Sue), Steve (Diane); and several nieces and nephews.
