Born in Chicago, IL to the late father Vincent Fredrick and late mother Lorine Marie.
Beloved husband of Michelle together for 36 years and married for 13 years. Loving father of William (Trisha) Flosi Jr. and Venessa (Christopher) Dameron. Cherished grandfather of Sofia, Vincent, Alexander Jacob (AJ), Gianna and Olivia. Dearest brother of Richard and Mary Anne. Brother-in-law of Lisa (Kris) James. Fond Uncle of Sabrina, Richard II, Victoria, Tanya and Dale.
Bill was a resident of Evanston where he enjoyed playing music, taking his grandkids to the park, swimming, not letting his kids beat him at backgammon and spending time with his wife Michelle cooking while harmonizing to music. Bill worked at Northwestern University in IT for 34 years before retiring in 2020.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 4-6 p.m. with a Memorial Service starting at 5:00 p.m. at Elmhurst Community Funeral Home - The Ahlgrim Chapel, 567 S. Spring Road, Elmhurst, Illinois.

I worked for Northwestern IT for just over 40 years and had the great pleasure of knowing Bill for all of his time with us. Bill had a fantastic sense of humor which extended to some very funny practical jokes. Far too many great stories to tell here. Bill was an all around good guy and I truly miss him and the times we had together.

18 years ago when I first started at northwestern, we got along right away. We would always find something funny to talk about, whether it was about work or referencing some old movie. The Three Stooges was our favorite subject. I guess we were just a couple of idiots who understood each other. I will miss my friend.
