The funeral service will be held on Saturday May 24, 2025 at 2 pm in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 pm until the funeral hour. Burial will be private.
Terry was a long time member of Freedom Riders Motorcycle Club. He was a longtime business owner and loved member of the community where he was known as being able to "fix anything but a broken heart". Terry was known as the "Mayor of Swan Point" where he was loved by everyone and traded his motorcycle for a golf cart. Boating and fishing was his love but most importantly he unconditionally loved his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Delores Gearheart and sisters, Drema Smith and Debbie Brown.
He is survived by his: wife of 25 years, Donna Gearheart; mother, Janet Crowe; sister, Debbie Gearheart; brother, Charlie Gearheart; daughters, Michelle, Deloris and Christy and their children, sons, Lee Gearheart and wife, Dawn,
Josh Brewer and wife, Sarah, Zach Brewer and wife, Emily, and Joey Brewer; grandchildren, Adam and Aaron Gearheart, Savannah and Olivia Brewer; and as a special mention, mother-in-law, Ethleen Jones and brother-in-law, Dennis Jones (Rose) ; and also his very large extended family.

Donna, so sorry to have woken to this announcement today of Terry´s passing. My sincerest condolences to you. The depth of your grief is indicative of the deep love you shared.
