Terry Joe Higgins

Terry Joe Higgins, 54, passed away Friday, August 21, 2025, at Diversicare Nursing Home in Amory. He was born July 9, 1971 to the late Roy Lee Higgins Sr. and the late Glenda Bobo Higgins. He was a caretaker by heart and performed those duties out of kindness and love to his parents when they were in need. Terry also worked at the Mantachie school as a janitor and performed maintenance duties. He enjoyed working with his hands and helping others.
Services will be 2:00 pm on Monday August 25, 2025, at Senter Funeral Directors with Legacy Hospice Chaplain Tim Tolleson officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 until service time in the Senter Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at Lovejoy Cemetery near Hamilton, AL.
Survivors include his brothers: Jimmy Higgins of Amory and Thomas Melvin Higgins; Niece, Lillian Grace Higgins
Preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roy Lee Higgins, Jr.
