Terry Richard Padgett

Terry Richard Padgett, age 66, formerly of Canton passed away on August 31, 2024 after an extended illness. He was born in Canton on November 10, 1957
He is survived by his son, TC Padgett and wife Leah and his daughter, Jami Padgett; also survived by his brothers,
John(Diane) Padgett of Snellville and Wayne(Cheryl) Padgett of Cedartown; sisters, Dianne(Eddy)Eddings of Talking Rock,
Linda Fowler, Sue Marchman, Deborah Brown, and Jane Martin all of Canton. He was preceded in death by parents, Cleaborn and Louise Padgett and brothers Floyd, Scott, and Jeff Padgett.
Terry was a Christian and attended many different churches throughout his lifetime. He became a member of Arbor Hill Baptist Church at a young age.
Terry was a talented carpenter for many years. He was a free spirit who loved to experience new places and to make new friends. His children were the true loves of his life and he always talked of them with love, respect, and admiration with anyone and everyone who would listen. He will be remembered for his kind heart and enjoyment of life and will truly be missed.
There will be a private family service held at a later date.
