Terry Parker, 69, of Nicholasville, KY, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 21, 2025. Born on September 1, 1956, in Ironton, Ohio, Terry was the beloved son of Jack and Betty Jo Parker, who preceded him in death, along with his two brothers, Keith Parker and Steve Parker.

Terry was a devoted son who cared deeply for his mother and brother, embodying loyalty, compassion, and quiet strength throughout his life. He embraced people by the content of their character, not by the privilege or circumstance they were born into. He lived his Christian values openly, with integrity and respect for all.

Terry is survived by the love of his life, his devoted wife, Teresa Parker. Together, they built a beautiful life, filled with love, laughter, and family. He was a proud and loving father to his son, Chad Parker, and his wife, Kara, as well as his daughter, Jamie, and her husband, Kevin Same. His greatest joys were his grandchildren, who brought light and happiness to his life: Haiden (15), Brady (9), Ripp (4), and Demi (2). Terry also leaves behind many cherished relatives and dear friends whose lives he touched deeply.

A graduate of Ironton High School in Ohio, Terry went on to earn his degree from Marshall University and later his master's degree from Ohio University. His life was defined by his love for the Lord, a passion for helping students and the athletes he coached achieve their personal best. Whether in the classroom or on the field, Terry dedicated himself to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

To honor Terry's life, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 2pm, at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with visitation starting at 1pm until the time of the service. Immediately following the service will be a gathering of family and friends and fellowship until 5pm.
