Terry L. Pitak, 69 of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Lehigh Valley- Hazleton Campus in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
Born Monday, November 26, 1956 in Coaldale, PA, Terry was the daughter of the late Edwin C. and Joy L (Heisler) Hosler. She was also predeceased by her brother Edwin L Hosler and sister's Linda L. and Susan Carol Hosler.
Terry was a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School. She was an active supporter of the Salvation Army as a volunteer. Terry liked to relax by crocheting and watching television. She was a homemaker. Surviving are three children; her brothers, Larry H. Hosler and his wife Mary, and Bruce D. Hosler and his wife Doris; her sisters, Karen Stahler and her companion Randy Minium of Tamaqua, Donna J. Copeland and April Landis and her husband Sterling; 5 grandchildren.
