Terry Wayne Pratt

Terry Wayne Pratt, born August 8th, 1946, passed peacefully to his favorite Stevie Nicks song in the early hours of Sunday, February 15th. 2026.

Terry aka "Pima" or " The Dude" to most is survived by his loving wife Vickie (his Pooder) of 36 years as well as sons: Andy (Brooke) in Charlottesville, VA, Jonathan in Cape Cod, Mass, and Ben (Popeye) (Steph, Nuggets) in Gainesville Fl.; daughter, Angel Shearer of Virginia Beach, VA and bonus son, Jimmy Jones of Virginia Beach, Va. He had many many friends. A special thanks go out to Keith and Tania Borter, without them nothing would have gotten done and Mike Strickland, you are the bomb.

Terry loved anything outdoors, anything music, and anything with a beer in hand. A Vietnam vet, he also retired from NADEP after 25 years as well as the civil service. A grandfather to six and a great to eight, Pima was always home to all. He started Green Run football and little league in 1974. Lover of dogs and dirty jokes, he always had a story for anyone who'd listen. In pure Terry fashion there will be no sad funeral, but instead a happy party. If it were up to him, he'd say tell everyone he went out by way of a beer truck. Remember him with his sunglasses on and a fishing pole in hand. Remember him for all his "Pima-isms" and nicknames for everyone he met. Remember his music too loud in his garage.

Remember all the good times because with him that's all there ever was. Terry will be loved for eternity and missed forever. Forever in our hearts, our love lives on.
