Terry Scott Stamper, Sr., 55, of Williamsburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Stamper.

He greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing; and was a helping friend to anyone in need. Terry was loved by many friends and family. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He was taken too soon, and will be greatly missed.

Terry leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife, Marlana Ann Stamper; son, Terry Scott Stamper, Jr.; daughter, Natasha Marie Stamper; son-in-law, Doneal Portillo Lopez; grandchildren, Beverly Ann-Kay Sullivan, Franklin Alexander Lopez; his brothers, James and Doug Stamper; his sister, Theresa Stamper-Spice; as well as many other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 20 at Nelsen Funeral Home 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. A graveside service will take place on Monday, May 21 at Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Dr., Williamsburg, beginning at 10:00AM.

Terry was one of the best people ive ever meet in my life! He didnt make tou feel as if you was just a friend he made you feel like FAMILY! Always making you laugh and told me he had an open door policly if i ever needed anything just come on down to his house! Such a good person he will be deeply missed by us all!!
