Terry Worman Obituary

Terry Lynn Worman, 74, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away August 26, 2025, He is survived by his wife, Lisa and sons Shawn (Tonia) and Brad (Crystal) and a sister, Georgia, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was blessed and loved by a multitude of friends and also by the entire staff at Fresenius Kidney Care. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Condolences to you Lisa and the rest of your family. Terry was such a kindhearted man. He was always willing to help me with anything. Please let me know if there's anything that I can do or help with. He will certainly be missed. Sorry for your loss.
