Thais Koep Obituary
Thais Elaine Pahlkotter was born on November 5, 1946, to the late Henry and Eleonora (Schuelke) Pahlkotter. On November 29, 1969, she married James Koep. He preceded her on October 2, 2003. Thais was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and will be remembered as a loving and caring person.
Surviving are her 2 daughters, Angela (Brian) Glennie, Pamela (Steve) McCourt; granddaughter, Morgan Glennie; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Koep was preceded in death by 7 siblings, infant Lowell, Ronald Pahlkotter, Ottilie Kubbe, Dennis Pahlkotter, Iris Anderson, Henry Pahlkotter and Wendell Pahlkotter.
Visitation will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. with Rev. James Erickson officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
Interment: Evergreen Cemetery
