Than Chau Obituary
Than Chau, age 80, of Indianapolis, passed away at home on October 9, 2024. He was born in Vihn Chau, Vietnam on December 31, 1943, to Xuan Van Chau and Ho Thi Luu. He later moved to Indianapolis and worked as a baker for many years. He loved to garden and spend time at home with his family.
Than is survived by his daughters, Mary My Chau (husband, Ha Van Lam) and Nho Thi Chau; sons, Ty Chau (wife, Oanh Doan), Ty Chu Chau (wife Ai Le Nguyen) and Dau Chau (wife, Trinh Thi Vo); Than had 11 grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He was a phenomenal baker. He was a peaceful man that loved his life of tranquility.
Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Indiana Funeral Care, 2433 E Main St., Greenwood 46143 with visitation starting at 11:00 am.
