Theary is survived by his wife, Chanthy Kong, sons, Richard Kong, Sophak Kong, Peter S. Kong, sisters, Alista Chan, Chan Reth Lor, brother, Roy Chan, nieces, Lotusa Chan, Ravy Chan, Phini Chan, Punlok Kong, Mey Souv, nephews, Woun Sian Souv, Socheat Kong, Ban Chum, and granddaughter Angel Kong. Theary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
