Theodore Langhorne Obituary
He was born on September 5th, 1971, to Gerald and Grace (Lagoda) Langhorne. Ted was a long-time resident of West Pittston. During his life he held many occupations and titles. The two titles that he was most proud of having were that of being a Fire Fighter and Dad. He was a lifelong Fire Fighter at the Goodwill Hose Company Number 9, of West Pittston. The other title he held that he was most proud of is Dad.
Preceding him in death along with his parents are his sister, Jean King; brothers, Jerry and John Langhorne.
He is survived by and had four children with his wife of 19 years, Nanci Jo Langhorne; sons, Matthew, Teddy Jr. and David; daughter and son in law, Desiree and Brian Shanahan; sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Bill Cavalari; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited from 10 to 11 AM on Saturday, October 19th at Hugh B. Hughes & Son, Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort.
Funeral service will be held following the viewing at 11 AM, with Rev. Richard Bradshaw of Forty Fort United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be held following the service at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Exeter Twp.
He will be forever loved and missed and remembered by all that knew him. His light warmed everyone he met.
