Theodore Stokes Obituary

After proudly serving in the United States Navy from 1959-1961, Ted built a career as a UPS driver. His friendly smile and dependable nature made him a familiar and welcome face to many along his routes.
Ted had a playful spirit, he loved telling stories, cracking jokes, and pulling the occasional prank to keep everyone smiling. A man of many talents, he also had a deep love for art. Whether with family, around the pool table, under the hood of his cars, or with a paintbrush in hand, Ted lived life with joy.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Theresa Enriquez and his son Daniel Stokes. Ted is survived by his beloved wife, Petra Stokes; daughters Maria Goldy and Susie Miller; and his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Though he has left this world, Ted's memory will live on in the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the love he gave so freely.
Cremation was chosen and performed at the Rogers Family Mortuary Crematory. Services will be held at a future date. To leave online condolences, tributes and words of comfort for Ted's family please visit www.RogersFunerals.com.
