Theresa Arris

Theresa Arris born April 9, 1963, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, after a weekend surrounded by her family. She was married to the love of her life, Scott Arris, with whom she shared 45 beautiful years. She will be remembered for her fierce love of gardening, her devotion to her family, and the joy she found in her grandchildren. Her hands were rarely without soil, and her heart was never without love to give.

She leaves behind her beloved mother, Sandra Haas; her devoted husband, Scott; and her three children: Daniel Arris and his wife Jennifer, Jennifer Bishop and her husband Kyle, and Liz Menard and her husband Brandon. She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren who adored her, and the great-grandmother of one precious great-granddaughter.

She is also survived by her siblings, Kevin Haas, Bridget Leclair, and Jeff Haas, along with their spouses. She was predeceased by her sister Susan, her father James Haas, and her beloved nephew Timothy.

The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the many nurses who cared for her with such compassion throughout her journey. Family and Friends are invited to gather on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 4PM-6PM at the Southwick Forastiere Funeral and Cremation, 624 College Hwy, Southwick. A funeral home service will follow at 6PM. Burial will be held privately.
