Theresa Clemons

Theresa Clemons, age 63, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Hospice of Lenawee Home in Adrian, MI. She was born on December 15, 1962 in Pineville, KY a daughter of the late William Jacob and Geraldine (Johnson) Napier. On November 30, 1999 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica she married Larry Dean Clemons and they have shared over 26 years together.
Theresa was raised in Detroit and very proud of that fact. She loved gardening, scrapbooking, traveling with Larry and making crafts and decorating. She was the family organizer and spearheaded all her family and Larry's family events.
Along with her husband Larry, she is survived by her son, Nicholas (Cathy) Milanovich of Detroit, MI; siblings, Jackie (Earl Jones) Napier of Lincoln Park, MI and William (Sherrie) Napier of Taylor, MI. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings, Kathy, Cynthia, Sheila, Jimmy and Lester.
Visitation for Theresa will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes from 11am until 1pm. Funeral services will take place at 1pm at the funeral home with Pastor Frank Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside cemetery in Tecumseh, MI.
