Theresa M. Perowski, 74, of Fredericktown, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024, in Concordia Hospice of Washington, Donnell House, Washington. She was born February 10, 1950, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late Philip and Anna Kaminchak Perowski. Theresa was a 1968 graduate of Beth Center High School. She was employed for 38 years as a medical records clerk, as well as a unit secretary, at the Washington Hospital. Hobbies she enjoyed were reading, watching the wildlife near her home and attending Wild Things baseball games. Surviving are a sister, Rita Perowski of Fredericktown; nieces and nephews: Monique Morgan, Patrick Morgan Jr., Tracey Kail, Philip M. Perowski and Mark Perowski; and several great-nieces and nephews. Deceased are two siblings, Phyllis Morgan and Philip Perowski Jr. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 11, in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Area Humane Society, City Mission in Washington, or St. Jude Hospital.
