Therese Archer "Terry" Biggs

Therese "Terry" Archer Biggs, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dedicated community volunteer, passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 89. She was born on October 30, 1934, in Worcester, Massachusetts, to parents Louis "Albert" and Loretta (Riopel) Emond.
Terry was preceded in death by her husband Robert Archer, Sr and her second husband, Rufus Biggs.
Terry is survived by her loving children: Elizabeth Solis and husband Javier, Robert Archer, Jr and wife Reva, Mark Archer and wife Cathy, Ellen Emery and husband Richard, Paul Archer and wife Cecilia, and John Archer. She was also blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life.
Terry was a woman of boundless generosity and a heart full of compassion. She dedicated a significant portion of her life to volunteering and giving back to her community. Her involvement in various volunteer activities, including Mobile Meals and the RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), showcased her unwavering commitment to helping those in need. Terry's acts of kindness touched countless lives and left a lasting legacy of goodwill.
She was not only a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother but also a cherished friend to many. Her warm smile and caring nature endeared her to everyone she met, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Terry's legacy of love, compassion, and selflessness will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in her memory to a charitable organization of your choice, continuing her tradition of helping others in need.
A Rosary in her memory will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, 6:00 PM at Barnes and Friederich Funeral Home in Midwest City.
A funeral Mass to celebrate Terry's life will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, 10:30 AM at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Friends and family are invited to join in remembrance and support during this time of reflection.
Terry will forever remain in our hearts, a shining example of love and service to others. May she rest in peace, knowing that her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched.
