Clinton-Thomas O. Agnitti, 76, passed peacefully on Friday, February 28, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at UMass Medical Center-University Campus after being stricken ill. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Carol (Cataldi) Agnitti; two sons, Christopher Agnitti; and Thomas A. Agnitti & wife Amanda; and five grandchildren, Kylie Jackson, Bella, Priscilla, Cole, and Savanna Agnitti. He leaves his siblings, Peter Agnitti, and Donna Agnitti; generation of nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. He was pre-deceased by two siblings, Judith Casselman, and John J. Agnitti.
Son of the late John & Lorraine (LaPointe) Agnitti, Tom was born, raised, and educated in Clinton, and was a graduate of the Clinton High School, Class of 1967. A proud veteran, Tom served our nation in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged as a Specialist Fourth Class. He returned home safely and spent his professional career as a foreman for D.M. Crossman & Son, from where he ultimately retired. A talented carpenter, woodworker and craftsman, Tom took pleasure in his long-time hobby of building furniture for family and friends. He enjoyed vacations to Aruba, the occasional game of KENO, and was happiest in the company of his wife, sons, and grandchildren. Calling hours will be held from 5 until 7PM on Thursday, March 6, 2025 in the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Thomas O. Agnitti to: Veterans, Inc., 69 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605. Online condolences may be placed at www.philbincomeaufh.com
