Thomas Llewlleyn Bartolini, age 80 of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Thomas was one of two children of Amerigo and Doris (Haywood) Bartolini.
He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1964 and afterwards was a culinary school graduate. Tom loved cooking and baking and was famously known for his rolls. He was an avid gardener with a (green thumb) inherited from his father and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was retired from Pittsburgh International airport after 25 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his longtime friend, George Schuster, his brother-in-law, Donald Wiley and his nephew-in-law, Frank Mays. Tom is survived by his sister, Donna Wiley, nieces and nephew, Tracy Wiley, Kimberly Mays and Brian Wiley, great nieces and nephews, Nicole (Brandon) Weisbrod, Ryan (Tessa) Solo, Darren Solo, Michael Mays, Brittany (Jacob) Richie, Katelyn Mays, Cassandra Wiley, Elizabeth Wiley and John Wiley and 7 great great nieces and nephews. Tom is also survived by his beloved Fur Baby, Blade and longtime family friends Dolly Drexler, Kassandra Sciullo, Tyler Sciullo, Justina Sciullo, Alby and Family, Jacqueline Stewart, Joel and Cookie, Donna Murphy and Family. And to the wonderful friends who were ready to assist in anything needed, Ellen, Mindy and Shane.
Family and Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephenslater.com. His funeral service will be held in the funeral home, Thursday May 8, 2025, at 11 am, officiated by Pastor Kim Rapczak. Tom's burial will be with his family in Lebanon Church Cemetery West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.
