John “Jack” Neel, age 74 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in the Bridgeville Rehab-Care Center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
Jack, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on May 25, 1951, was the only child of Edwin C. and Blanche (Bellis) Neel. He had his own Barber Shop in Glassport, Pennsylvania, cutting customers’ hair from the late 1970’s to the early 2000’s.
One of his favorite past times was watching the Pittsburgh professional sports teams play. He enjoyed watching the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his many cousins.
As per Jack’s wishes he is to be cremated and have his ashes buried in a grave with his mother in Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery, in Pleasant Hills, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
