I served with Tom in New Orleans. I was there the day he met his wonderful wife , Joyce. Tom and I kept in touch and I am devastated to just learn of his passing last year. I am grieving a long old friend that had significant positive influence on my life. He is now on watch in Heaven and I look forward to catching up with him. Fair Winds and Following Seas my brother !
