Thomas Bohannon Obituary
Thomas Howard Bohannon was a man who devoted his life to his family friends and career. He was a master diesel mechanic focused on Mack trucks. He worked for Gainesville Truck Center for 20+ years. He then opened T-Bo's and Andy's Mobile Truck Repair Service with Andrew Welborn. Andrew became not only a business partner but was like a son to Thomas.
Thomas will be deeply missed by his loving wife Joan Hanna Bohannon, daughters Elizabeth (Robert) Landry, Destany Bohannon, and goddaughter Kimberly (Dustin) Owens. His legacy continues through his seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who were the pride and joy of his life.
Thomas is also survived by his siblings Brenda (Jimmie) Beavers and Marty (Annette) Bohannon. He was proceeded in death by his parents Lloyd and Pearl Farmer Bohannon, his brother's Larry and David Bohannon as well as his sister Diane Shelton.
As we reflect on the life of Thomas Howard Bohannon let us honor his legacy of love hard work and devotion to family. Remember him for his kindness, holey socks, love of Mack Trucks and his sweet-tooth. His spirit will continue to resonate through the lives he touched throughout his journey. These memories will forever be etched in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
A memorial visitation will be held 4-7 pm Monday, March 17, 2025 at Hidden Acres in Gillsville, GA.
