Thomas B. Bolme

Thomas B. Bolme, longtime resident of Clawson, Michigan, died peacefully at home on December 31, 2025. He was 70 years old. Thomas was born on October 9, 1955 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to his parents, Beverly and Thomas Bolme.
Thomas graduated from Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights in 1973. He married the love of his life, Mary Martin a year later on April 27, 1974. The two raised three children together. Tom worked as a postal carrier for the United States Postal Service. His route was in the city of Troy for many years. He retired after 43 years of dedicated service. One of his greatest joys was cutting his lawn and working on landscaping with his wife Mary.
Tom was an avid sports fan. He was a die-hard Lions fan to the end. He also loved to read books, especially anything on WW2. Tom loved his cat, Samantha and his bonsai tree, Gus. He was grateful for his many friendships throughout the years. Especially with his best friend since middle school, Al Kendall, who he could always count on. Above all, Tom's family was his greatest pride and joy. He was a devoted husband and father. He would do anything for his family. He was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Mary, and his loving children, Thomas, Danielle, and Andrew. He is also survived by his sister, Debbie (Bill) LaRocca.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Christ Our Light Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:30am. Friends may visit beginning at 10am.
