Thomas is survived by his sister, Trudy Meis and husband Michael Meis of Greeley; his nephews, Christopher Bopp and wife Hollie Bopp of Loveland and Daniel Meis and wife Brandi of Fort Lupton; his nieces, Kandyce Bopp of Greeley and Holly Meis of Greeley and his great niece, Skylar Bopp of Loveland and great nephews, Mason Reeve and Niko Rubio of Greeley. Thomas also had a special companion, his dog Lexi for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Timothy Bopp.
Per his wishes, no services are planned and cremation will take place. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, CNA's and other staff members of Good Samaritan Society of Loveland for the care and support he received while at their facilities as well as the doctors, nurses, CNA's and other staff members of AccentCare of Loveland for the hospice and palliative care they provided. Memorial contributions may be made to AccentCare or Children's Hospital in care of Adamson Life Celebration Home, 2000 W. 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634.

Thomas, you and I had some fun times together when Tim had to work on weekends. Remember when you found that turtle and Kandyce was little, he started moving and she said " look him moving his house" you helped make mints with me for Tim and my wedding and laughed while we ate them. I'm sorry Tom for all your pain. I know in my heart that you are free and walking now. Tell Tim hi for me, I love you and you will be missed.
