Thomas Herman Brockman

Thomas Herman Brockman, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Thursday, December 18th, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville at the age of 87. Mr. Brockman was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Thomas and Mildred Latscha Brockman. He served his country proudly in the United States Army and then went on to work as a manager with Consolidated Freightways. In addition to his parents, Mr. Brockman was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Brockman; one daughter, Barbie Phelps; and one brother, Robert Brockman. He is survived by two daughters, Lori Brockman and Marcie (David) Matheny; one son, Jeff Brockman; one brother, Donnie (Karen) Brockman; eight grandchildren, Tim and Thomas Taney, Mandy Brockman, Shannon and Andrew Brockman, and Samantha, Nikki, and Matthew Phelps; ten great-grandchildren, Makylah, Caleah, Milli, Alyvia, Ben, Franklin, Charlotte, George, Callan, and Nia. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29th, 2025 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00pm. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025 at 12:00pm at Christ Church Memorial Gardens in Nashville.
