Thomas L. Bromm passed away July 10, 2024 in Elk Grove Village, surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 23, 1950 in Huntingburg, IN to Othmar and Mary Bromm.
Tom loved the Lord, he loved his family and he loved life itself. He also loved the north woods and always said that is where God did his best work. That is where he was at peace. His passion was for the outdoors and enjoying being in the woods. He was a dedicated member of Ducks Unlimited, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, NRA Golden Eagles, Pheasants Forever and Whitetails Unlimited.
Tom is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patti; children, Karl-Thomas, Jason, and Kyle Bromm; granddaughter, Baylee Bromm; siblings, Linda (late Terry) Minson, Steve Bromm, Terry (Jackie)Bromm, Mark (Theresa) Bromm, and Debbie (Steve) Grunst; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 2pm until the funeral service at 7pm Sunday July 14, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich. Burial will be at 11am Monday July, 15 at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington, with a procession from the funeral home in Lake Zurich beginning at 10am.
