Thomas W. Brooks Jr.

Thomas W. Brooks, Jr., a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, in Fayetteville, Georgia, at the age of 86. Born on November 5, 1939, in Brooklyn, New York, Thomas was the beloved son of the late Thomas W. and Helen Brooks, Sr.

Thomas built a fulfilling 40 plus year career with Pan Am and Delta Air Lines, where he dedicated many years to catering and in-flight service, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of countless travelers.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Lynn Brooks, who stood by his side through life's journey. Thomas leaves behind a legacy of love in his children: Thomas W. Brooks, III and wife Debra; Peter Brooks and wife Christi Borgquist; Paul Brooks and wife Lisa; and Christine Thompson and husband Lowell. He was also a proud grandfather to Kayla Brooks, Thomas Brooks IV, Lewis Thompson, Kathleen Brooks, and Oliver Thompson.

Thomas will be remembered for his steadfast dedication to his family and his warm presence in the lives of those he cherished.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to honor and celebrate Thomas's life. The family extends their gratitude for the support and condolences received during this difficult time.
