Thomas William Bulthuis

Thomas William Bulthuis, Sr., age 82, of Lake City, Florida passed away on November 22, 2023, at Suwannee Valley Care Center. He was born in Lake City, Florida on February 28, 1941, to the late Clarence Bulthuis and Grace Bulthuis. Thomas was a lifelong resident of Columbia County and graduated from Columbia High School in 1961. Shortly after graduating, Thomas enjoyed a long successful career as a Sign Maker with the Department of Transportation. In his free time, Thomas loved train watching and gardening, but more than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lorinda Green; sister, Louise Murrill; and brothers, Howard Bulthuis, Sr., Richard Bulthuis, and Robert Bulthuis.
Thomas is survived by his loving son, T,admin@ferreirafuneralservices.comhomas William Bulthuis, Jr. of Lake City, FL; sister, Frances Meeks of Lake City, FL; and grandchildren, Steve Allen Green and Jessica Green.
A Graveside Celebration of Thomas's Life will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 11:00 am at Oaklawn Cemetery with Chaplain Jim Cox officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
