Thomas "Tom" Harold Buttolph passed away on September 6, 2025, in Spokane, Washington. He was born on July 26, 1952, in Malta, Montana, to Lester and Beatrice Buttolph. Tom was raised alongside 11 siblings and spent his early years in Great Falls, Montana, and California.

Tom married Victorea Darlene Houle 51 years ago, and together they built a life filled with love and family. He was a dedicated worker, spending most of his career in shipping and receiving at Fasteners.

Tom enjoyed playing pinochle with his brothers, fishing, hunting, and the occasional trip to the casino. He especially loved spending time with his family and walking his dogs. He will be remembered as a caring and loving husband, father, son, grandfather, uncle, and friend-always willing to help anyone in need.

Thomas is survived by his daughter Lorena, grandsons Tylor Buttolph, Danny Wood Jr, Travis Wood, and Anthony Morrow. 3 great grandsons, 3 sisters Gladys Champaigne, Linda Deserly and Patty Piapot. Numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Beatrice; his wife, Victorea; his daughter, Tanya Wood; sisters Debra Lindo, Carla Day, and Gloria; brothers Jeffrey, Wesley, Gregory, Johnny, and Eugene Azure; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Hennessey Funeral Home and Crematory, 2203 N. Division St., Spokane, WA. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with a reception afterward at Cathay Inn, 3714 N. Division St., Spokane, WA.
