Thomas Joseph Cashman, Jr., born on June 4, 1943, to Thomas and Helen (DenDecker) Cashman in De Pere, Wisconsin, passed away on September 9, 2025. He was a devoted member of his community and led a life marked by kindness and a gentle demeanor.

Tom pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, which laid the foundation for his dedicated career at Brown County Waste Management.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tom was deeply engaged in his passions and hobbies. As a member of the Brown County Beekeepers Association, he contributed to the promotion of local agriculture and environmental stewardship. His love for the cosmos was equally profound; he was actively involved in the Neville Public Museum Astronomical Society, where he held several key roles, including club librarian, treasurer, and board member. His enthusiasm for astronomy fostered a sense of curiosity and wonder among fellow enthusiasts and the younger generation alike.

Tom's personality shone through in his interactions with those around him. He was a kind and soft-spoken man who welcomed everyone with warmth and respect. His presence will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Tom was predeceased by his parents. A graveside service will be held at Allouez Catholic Cemetery in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on September 18, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM. Family, friends, and acquaintances are invited to gather.
