Thomas J Craft passed on in Jupiter, Florida on November 5th, at the age 81.

Tom was born in Bluefield, WV on July 25, 1944 to parents James and Helen Craft. He was the 2nd of their four boys. In August of 1956, Tom’s parents sold their bus company, Consolidated Bus Lines and shortly after, they moved the family to Florida. Tom attended school in Palm Beach County and graduated from Palm Beach High School in June 1962; he went on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in December of 1966.

Following graduation, Tom went to work for Ford Motor Company in Atlanta and then returned to West Palm Beach. Upon his return, he became the original owner of the Rainbow Bridge Bookstore, which is now Phillips Point. Throughout his life, Tom enjoyed various business endeavors but buying, selling and developing real estate would remain a primary focus.

Tom was a deeply spiritual person and attended The Church of Christ Scientist and Unity Church. He prayed for everyone he met; he was truly without anger and resentments and filled with love for all.

Tom will be deeply missed by his family, friends and by those whose lives he touched.

Tom is survived by his son, Thomas J Craft Jr.; his daughter, Angela A Craft; and his grandson, Armand Koenig and his brother Jack. Tom is predeceased in death by his parents Helen Trump Craft and James Elliot Craft; and his brothers John Craft, Jerry Craft, and Paul Craft.

A Graveside Service will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluefield, West Virginia on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.
