Thomas D. Thibodeaux Craycraft was born Dec 12,1948 in Winnie, Texas to Eva Marie Thibodeaux Craycraft, his early years were spent with a multitude of uncles, aunts, and cousins which developed his great love for horses. When he was 5 his mother met the love of her life, Ollie Craycraft. He taught Tommy what would be his second love and his livelihood, carpentry. For over 60 years he built, remolded or tinkered with his tools. When he wasn't working he could be found at the barn or on his horse. Many a miles was put on his little mare Lucky. "If you ever spent time around him you know the stories." Tommy never met a stranger no matter where he happened to be. September of 2023 changed his life when he was diagnosed with lung cancer.
