He was my favorite customer at the store. He came in around the same time everyday and bought 4-5 books every time. Over the years I rang him out more times than not and we always talked about World War II. He was a part of my work day. I hope you all know how much he meant to all of us. Being told by one of you that I could have some of the wwII books meant so much to me. Carrying them out to my car I cried so hard. The "redhead at the bookstore" was carrying some of him home with me. He was a wonderful guy and those of you that have come in the store seem just as wonderful. I feel so blessed to have been able to have him as a part of my life. May love and light shine on the family.

So deeply saddened to hear of Tom's passing. So sad I couldn't locate him the last time I was in town last fall. Tom and I were, above all, friends. He brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. May he rest in eternal peace. Susan (Didrick) Klein
