To my dear friend, Tommy.
Tommy and I worked together at the Jersey Journal. After I left, we kept in contact by mailing Christmas cards every year since. I always look forward to hearing from him. He taught me about raising tropical fish. I had and have great respect for Tommy. I know he is in a good place but I will miss you, Tommy. I will never forget our Christmas cards, you always beat me first.
Your friend,
Antonio Mercado

I had not seem Tom since the 70's. We grew up together in Jersey City. I wished I had seen him again. We were good friends growing up, but then life pulled us all apart. Was so sorry to find this in the internet.

We are so sorry. The obituary was accurate; he will be sorely missed by family and friends and was "one of a kind".

I was devastated when Anna told me the news. Tom and I go back over 40 years. I used to enjoy our fishing trips and hanging out at Canavan's.
Tom and I talked regularly about the fun we had and just to touch base and see how he was feeling.
Tom was like a brother, I will miss him emmensely. RIP brother, we all miss you very much.
