Thomas Emry Obituary

Thomas (Tom) E. Emry, 67, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away at Arrowhead Senior Living Community on July 27, 2023. Tom was born on February 3, 1956, to Clay and Elaine Emry of Camdenton, Missouri.
Tom graduated from Camdenton High School in 1974. He started working with his dad in his dump trucking business for a while but didn't care for it too much, so he bought some older homes and fixed them up for rentals. He worked for Crane Construction for several years in Independence, Missouri, and Colorado. He also worked for Dickemann Construction for 18 years. He changed his career to painting and worked around 13 years for L & N Painting until his retirement. His passion after retirement was golfing with his buddies.
Tom was preceded in death by his father, Clay Emry; his infant brother Denny; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Tom is survived by his mother Elaine Emry; sister Debbie Smith; nephew Matthew Smith; niece Stacey Smith; and great-niece Eisley Smith.
The family wishes to thank Arrowhead for the loving care and compassion they gave to Tom.
Per Tom's wishes, no formal services will be held. Memorials may be made in Tom's honor to the Eisley Smith Education Fund.

Will never forget Tommy Rmry. Knew him in school many moons ago I was 1 year ahead of him. He´s always smiling and cutting up. Real nice guy! So sad he´s gone!

I was very sad to hear about Tom. We had been friends since we were teens and I will miss him. We always had a good time on the lake. Until we meet again my friend I will keep you in my memories. Love You!
