David Shannon Walsh

David Shannon Walsh, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2025, in Macks Creek, Missouri. He was born on February 24, 1970, in Columbia, Missouri; a son of the late Susan Kay Walsh.
David spent many years working at Wal-Mart, where he was known by coworkers and customers as the "Water Boy." He took pride in making sure the water aisle was always fully stocked, and his dedication and reliability left a lasting impression on those he worked with.
Outside of work, David loved animals and enjoyed reading and listening to the radio. He was also knowledgeable about cars and firearms and could tell you anything about either. David was a collector of many things.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Kay Walsh.
David is survived by his Aunt Lou Landrus (Dannie); aunts Karen Rice and Mary Hill; uncles Bill Walsh (Linda) and Eddie Walsh; his cousin Allen Landrus (Elizabeth) and their children Mannie, Danielle, and Gwen Landrus; and cousin John L. Hart, along with other extended family members and friends.
David will be remembered with respect and missed by all who knew him.
