Thomas Milton Franklin was born in Fort Worth, Texas on June 2, 1943 to Charles and Cassie (Gillintine) Franklin. He passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, September 3, 2025, as he was transported to his heavenly home.
Thomas was the youngest of eleven children.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Franklin, parents, stepdaughter, Tiffini Combs, and nine of his siblings.
He is survived by his daughter, Angela Puckett and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Joshua and Anna Puckett; stepdaughters, Robynn Brinkley and Kristi Rupard, and brother, Marlin Franklin.
Thomas loved the Lord and found peace in the Scriptures. He would recite Psalms 23 and Psalms 100 often, by memory. He loved his daughter and grandchildren so deeply. He never hesitated to tell them how much he loved them. He loved to doodle (especially with his granddaughter, Anna) and loved to tell silly jokes. He was a sweet father and grandpa, that will be greatly missed by his family.
