Thomas W. Freeman passed away on August 24, 2024. He was born March 9, 1939 to Thomas & Idella Freeman in Keltys, TX. He graduated from Yselta High School in 1958. He served in both the Army National Guard and U.S. Navy. He worked for TNM&O Coaches and also as a long-haul truck driver.
He met his wife, Kathryn Freeman, while working for El Paso Electric. They were married for over 52 years. He leaves behind his wife, daughters Kristine Berg and Susan Large, Son-In-Law Shawn Large, as well as two granddaughters and two grandsons.
Visitation will be August 28, 2024 from 4pm-8pm at Sunset Funeral Home East. Celebration of Life will be August 29, 2024 at 1pm at First Baptist Church, El Paso. Burial will follow at 2:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in his memory be made to the American Heart Association.
