Mr. Fuller is survived by his daughters, Heather Fuller, Crystal Kemmerlin and husband Walt, Taylor Fuller, and his son, Thomas Fuller III; grandchildren, Madison Kemmerlin, Tyler Kemmerlin, and Stella Kemmerlin.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 11th at Clements Funeral Chapel at 1105 Broad St in Durham, North Carolina.
The family is being assisted by Clements Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. in Durham. Online condolences can be made at www.clementsfuneralservice.com.
