After a lengthy illness at NHS-St. Catharines, on Monday, June 05, 2023 at 61 years of age. Loved companion on Debbie Birdgeneau of 37 years. Devoted father of Patricia (Daniel), Craig (Adriana) of Kathleen (Codey). Proud Papa of Hope, Isabella, Jade, Michael, Madison, Brett, Logan, Lincoln, Levi, Noah, Xander, Nash and the late Lennox. Tom was predeceased by his parents Mary (nee Phillips) and Roy Giroux. Dear brother of Tim (Carole), Tammy, Terry and the late Teddy Giroux. Tom will be missed by Debbie's family; her parents Peter and the late Pat Birdgeneau, and her siblings; Cathy (Ted), Cheryl (Sam), Darryl (Sheri) and the late Peter. He was loved by his many nieces, nephews and their families, his beloved dog, Jax and his best friends, Tammie Donnelly (Dot) and Mike Donnelly. In honouring Thomas' wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Dad,
Well I could go on for days about you. I'm so sorry you had to fight not 1 disease but 2.(Alzheimer & Cancer). You are one of the toughest people I know, you fought with everything you had. You always gave everything you could to your children, grandchildren and Mom. We are going to miss you so much it hurts. We will miss your strong willed personality, your corky jokes and your love you had for us all. I know your at peace now and not suffering. I hope you enjoy your time with your mom again in Heaven. Man I am I ever going to miss you. Until I see you again. Rest in paradise.
